From 06/2015 to today Project and Delivery Manager at Vodafone IT Services, manages infrastructural delivery on which
install the Vodafone final services.

From November 2017 to today, Programme and Project Manager for an Internation activity based on
the ongoing CLOUD Transformation – Database as a Server. The scope is the delivery of the
improving infrastructure to virtualize the Oracle databases delivery, demanding the request via web
Portal to the final Customer.

From 04/2015 to 06/2015 Project Manager at 2iReteGas, for an important national operator for the distribution of natural gas for domestic and industrial use.

From 09/2014 to 03/2015 For Lutech, preliminary analysis for the acquisition of two HP business units, specialized in Legacy
Application Development and Legacy System Management. She was a coordinator/PM of the
activities related to the insertion of new resources in company processes, production of reporting for
billing and customer relationship management of the final customer, HP, for subcontracting services
provided by Legacy units.
Service Management for Banca Intesa of applications for the Financial Derivatives.
Tender management for Banca Intesa in the assignment of the service for Financial Derivatives.

From 01/2011 to 06/2014 SERVICE MANAGER at Lombardia Informatica

As Service Manager within the Healthcare Department of Regione Lombardia, she specifically was
aimed at the government of different local health services, in particular way she was responsible of the
services for Authorization and Accreditation of healthcare organizations/structures and of the Chronic
Related Groups Project, mainly aimed at maintaining the health of the chronic patients containing
health care costs.
She dealt of the definition, allocation and monitoring of the budget of each followed project, of the
definition of the requirements on large-scale retail focusing on the perspective of the end customer
(Regione Lombardia). She coordinated the internal groups to define the architectural design of
definitive infrastructure and to develop and integrate the final service in the production environment.
She was also responsible to monitoring the service and eventually improve it, also foreseeing its
possible evolutions.
