Key responsibilities:

• Work with the business analysts to gather business requirements and write detailed technical specifications.
• Transform the business requirements into meaningful reports using SQL Server queries.
• Design and develop SQL Server database objects to implement business requirements.
• Help the system testers to prepare test cases for complex business scenarios.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues.

Achievements:

• Part of the development team involved in migrating the PowerBuilder application to the web using the C# WCF framework.

Part of the PowerBuilder team which was maintaining and supporting a client-server application mainly used for reporting needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the business analyst groups to understand the business requirements.
• Maintain reporting solutions for large-scale enterprise application utilizing Oracle Server platforms.
• Perform SQL tuning and optimize the performance of the complex queries.
• Resolve production issues which often involved debugging the stored procedures.

Achievements:

• Implemented PFC to the existing PowerBuilder application and helped to remove redundancy codes.
