As Test Manager
As a Test Manager my responsibility is to organize and control the user certification process, ensuring
visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
The main tasks are:
– Test Planning through requirement/test case collection and organization of kick off meeting with
developers, analysts and users
– Managing communication to testers
– Organization of UAT status meetings
– Set up task forces in case of critical issues
– Sending daily UAT status reports to testers, IT teams and leadership
– Usage of HP ALM Test Management Tool

As Pre-Production Environments Manager
I am responsible of a two-person team whose role is to ensure usability and stability of Testing
Environments. To achieve our goal we adopt both a proactive approach, monitoring hosting machines status
and relying on a Jenkins-based automation testing suite, and a reactive approach, collecting and addressing
reports coming from testers and developers.
We work in close contact with the Change Management Team.
Process improvement
– Definition of a standard process and a template to engage the Environments Management Team,
improving efficiency in categorizing and addressing reports
– Tracing into a standard template each issue report and relative solution to facilitate addressing of
recurring issues and having a knowledge transfer base for new resources introduction
