I collect the requirements in about two weeks, and organize several meetings, showing the overall design of an ingestion subsystem, with fine monitoring and control of the data changes. I designed a job scheduler adapting the open software Quartz, and constructed a Struts2 web application for monitoring, after evaluating if adapt products as JWatch and others. An interesting requirement was to have an easily extensible design, to support every new load of contents for whichever supplier or content source using ftp, or http. This company request to implement strong security requirements to guarantee the secretes of messages and the authenticity of the sender in several data transmission systems (Fems/Iridec working with Message Switching, Transactional and File Transfer). When the project budget was approved, the design was not ready, and I had interacted continuously and quickly with the software architect in order to design and build the first software kit version to be used by the others teams (we were in the critical path). I programmed a set of API and tools with Visual Studio C++ 2008, with some substrates controlling directly hardware of HSM (SafeNet HSM Devices using  ProtectToolkit C, Microsoft Criptoky) and others substrates implementing administrative layers, configuration, cache. I had gain knowledge quickly of the cryptographic standard RSA PKCS #11 (version 2.10 and ahead) and of the SafeNet use of slots, tokens, public, private & session keys, encryption/decryption, signature generation and verify. Area: Bank Agency Network:  About 50% of time advocated to standard functional or technical analysis and formal accurate estimates, where wrong estimates was very unacceptable due contractual constraints. Maintenance of the Financial Advisor’s Network System / Agencies Network. Initially my work was to try to unify the separated physical data model areas regarding financial advisors candidates and effective advisors (hundreds of tables in each side). A successive challenge was the network agent performance analysis (hierarchies comparison, simulated scenario of changes and authorization). Also, I built a web application to create of Financial Advisor’s clusters based on named rule/conditions. This works was very useful to build a successive application for massive automatic communication (mails & sms) for customers & financial agents (regarding volume as 16000 sms) belong to the cluster conditions. Also, was useful for an user data extraction wizard, and to the automatic learning programme schedule. I worked too in a download interface with the APF – Financial Advisor’s Register and in the first year neo-financial promoter’s process.

I was engaged to solve an unattended list of bugs on the Marketing Pronto Pagine Bianche/1240 backend that interrupted day by day normal activity of the system. I verified and completed  the list and discussed priorities and estimates, and start with a  non-stop maintenance, from analysis to release and follow-up, until the system was stabilized. At the end, I dedicate time for some error-prone procedures, candidates to full automation, getting approval, clearing specifications, and doing the perfective maintenance (advertising basket handling, advertising pre-generations, advertising contract clonations). I worked also on the automatic validation and  load of big xml local data for Italy Municipalities Portal (Portale dei Comuni d’Italia).
