Magneti Marelli (~ 6 months, 2015)
Test engineer in the Infotainment group. Debug and update of software related to radio and
navigation system of the car on-board computer.

➢ Microla Optoelectronics (~ 1 year, 2014-2015)
Design and test of LASER systems for industrial and research purposes. Assembling of DPSS
LASERs, study of optical paths and choice of lenses, simulations with ZEMAX Optical and
Illumination Design Software, characterizations of optical and electric power of laser-diode
systems.
o Designed the optics of a 3D scanner based on 5W LASER illumination system
o Designed the optics of a machine for biological applications based on a bifurcated fiber
to illuminate the same spot at different wavelengths

Academic Background
➢ Currently enrolled as PhD student in Physics (2015 – 2018) at the University of Milano Bicocca.
o My subject is analysis of radiographies and tomographies generated by neutron beams.
Several publications on the subject;
o Programming languages: MATLAB, Python, C/C++ (but I have no problem in learning
new languages). Image processing: ImageJ, MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox.

➢ Joint Master’s Degree in Engineering Physics for ICT (2014) from Politecnico di Torino
(Italy), INP Grenoble (France) and EPFL Lausanne (Switzerland).
o Acquired knowledge of generic laboratory instrumentation and measurement techniques;
o Master’s thesis at NASA JPL on design and fabrication of a micro pressure sensor;
→ International experience, open-minded and flexible approach to both HW/SW problems.
