Android team Technical Lead and Co-Op students mentor. Currently working on performance improvement Tools used: Eclipse, Android Studio, Git, SourceTree, Gerrit, Jira, Jenkins, Stash, Bamboo, Zeplin. Brief summary of the developed apps: – BMW Motorsport: app that lets fans keep up to date with the latest information on drivers, cars and racing series for DTM, USCC, GT Racing, and BMW Sports Trophy Championships. Currently available on Google Play with the new 2016 content. – ChargeNow: app that combines charging stations from BMW and partnering charge point operators into one expansive network. Currently available on Google Play for ChargeNow markets (Germany, Belgium, and Austria). – BMW Museum: app released for commemorating BMW’s 100-year anniversary. Users will be able to see all the fascinating car exhibitions from 1916 to our time. An audio guide in 7 different languages is included for the museum visitors. Currently available on Google Play.
Android Developer (Feb 2013 – May 2014) at BGSU, Bowling Green, OH Developed a client/server application for evaluating the best location for a wind farm installation in Northwest Ohio[1]. The Android client side uses a Multi-Criteria Evaluation System with Google Maps integration and GIS functionality for the participants’ evaluation. The server side is a Python backend hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Tools used: Eclipse with ADT plugin, Android Studio, Git, GeoServer, Google App Engine, XUbuntu.
