FCE LA Interface Support – LA stands for Lending Automotive. This is one of the receivable
system of Ford Credit. Ford Credit is an entity which lends loan to customers and dealers to buy
Ford cars. LA receives payments and new business related data and sends it to downstream
applications. The interface support takes the files created by LA and sends it to other applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
 Travelled to Germany to get KT and documented all the project and process related
actvities.
 Lead the team in India – in terms of assigning tasks, reviewing work and training peers.
 Involved in monthly and quarterly production launches. Analysis of the changes, coding,
testing, debugging and delivery of work.
 Responsible for executing test cycles.
 Responsible for performance improvement and automation of existing processes.
 Responsible for generating adhoc reports requested by business.
 Involved in maintenance activities and On Call support for the production issues.

Performance Measurement Convergence(PMC) – measures the performance of an Investment
Account by calculating the Rate of Return(ROR) on a daily basis. This application generates ROR for
market index/style index, ROR for investment managers which helps Financial Advisor(FA) to
invest funds effectively.

 Responsible for Analysis of the change requests, coding, testing, debugging and delivery of
work, and reviewing of the work done by team members.

 Involved in enhancement and maintenance activities of the project.
