A medium size project dedicated to the obsolescence of products present on servers for an application.

Transformation Project for the migration of the key product to perform the compliance check of security rules in all registered Configuration Items in the bank in the entire Europe.

Caring the functional specifications for application development of a system dedicated to the Quality of equipment used in the Oil&Gas market. This system has Java as frontend developments language and PL/SQL as business language. 
Defining criteria for its quality with checklist of main tests to be performed, description of scenarios and tracking test results. Preparation of the project plans and the implementation schedules. 
Joining in Customer meetings to define requirements focusing the relationship with external systems.

Supervisor a team dedicated to the Data Migration from a BSS legacy product managing the credit of expired invoices to a new product based on a module of Oracle Business Suite. I have cared the analysis, design, the code development of some feature in and C++ and PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting, performing tuning and tasks management. The database was huge with also many kind of documentation to consider in the migration. The phase of ETL processing was challenging and also the log analysis. We used an already present instance of SPSS and R to prepare some statistic.

It was a real Big Data activity being associated to big volume variety and velocity of sources and traffic associated to the streaming happening onto the networks. I performed a huge work of CDR and log analysis for ETL tasks. I performed data mining and statistical analysis using SPSS and R.

I worked in a team dedicated to the business analysis of technical and commercial initiatives coming from the Marketing and Product & Services Dtp. of Vodafone Milan, studying the impact onto the current systems for these new required features.
I studied the current systems architecture dedicated to the Mediation/Rating/Billing areas.
For each initiative, I issued a Functional Analysis document containing a high level analysis of the impacts of the requirements on the mediation/rating/billing areas with a first evaluation of the costs in term days needed and, when needed, the suggestion of new hardware.

In this project dedicated to the activation of telco services onto the network equipment, I provided tests of features associated to the delivered software patches and assuring technical support to the operation department.
I prepared the set of test cases to be performed for positive tests, robustness tests, stress tests, performance tests.
I created input data files for the scripts (korn shell, perl) triggering the test situations. Execution of the planned tests verification and tracking of results.
