QubicaAMF is the joining of two industry giants, AMF Bowling Products, a U.S. firm known for its invention of the automatic pinspotter; and Italian Qubica Worldwide, whose supremacy in scoring and management software brought the world BES, now BES X, the world's first and only Bowler Entertainment System. QubicaAMF Worldwide eCommerce is a B2B model based WCS application developed using IBM WCS v8.0.

§  Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to customer in response to varying business requirements.

§  Responsible for coding business and UI logic.

§  Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in WCS.

This is WCS project with involvement in many enhancements. Involvement revolves around all WCS functionalities. The project handles NAR (North American Region) and EMEA (Europe and Middle East Asia) regions and support close to 40 sites of Whirlpool i.e., Maytag, KitchenAid, GGW, Hotpoint, Bauknecht, etc. It is used for purchasing electronics and non-electronic items online. We will get information of the products, where to buy, store physical address, buying options etc. I am the SPOC for NAR offshore, handling a total of 9 team members from Offshore.

§  Responsible for leading offshore team in delivering solution to our customer in the Retail sector.

§  Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.

§  Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.

§  Translate customer requirements into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.

§  Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in WCS.

§  Establish Quality Procedure for the team and continuously monitor and audit to ensure team meets quality goals.

Go Wireless is a premium retailer of Verizon Wireless services with more than 300 stores in 21 states in USA. This retail application gets the internet users to buy the phones and accessories along with tablets through online and shipped to the customer mentioned address. In this website user can search for the devices. User can login and check the order status and can cancel the orders. This application is having several features like Store Locator, Track Order and can know Verizon Coverage areas. (http://www.gowireless.com). My role is as follows:

The IMS testing team uses manual method of validating their IMS calls by analyzing the call trace at the packet level to see what has failed. The team manually analyses the traces to find the errors caused in the calls. The VoIP Test Automation Tool (VTAT) is aimed at automating the whole test audit process. The intention of the VoIP Test Automation Tool is to automate the test result validation and analysis. VTAT provides quick analysis of the errors encountered in the test scenarios and emails the intended audience automatically.
