Sto lavorando presso AXA, Milan, Italy sul progetto di P&C Transformation con i seguenti obiettivi:
P&C convergence at AXA Assicurazioni level, moving existing Motor policy management into existing Non Motor platform, a step towards future convergence of AXA MPS and Quadra on the same P&C platform (2017-2020).
Digital transformation/Omni-channel experience to the customers and prospects.
Upgrade business capabilities, by fully redesigning seamless processes and workflows (discount management, authorization process, fleet management, simplified issuing process) and enable multi-coverage solutions delivery.
Improve product / pricing agility and reduce time-to-market.
Reduce current Motor platform operational risk.
Il progetto richiede i seguenti aree di Interventi:
P&C Platform Development (based on the New TO-BE requirements that have emerged during the process Redesigning phases.)
Product Definition, Product Mapping, Product Configuration for the Migration.
Integration : Platform Integration with the existing systems (including legacy systems)
Migration : Data Migration from the old portfoglio to the new Converged system.
Infrastructure Management: : Infrastructure Set up and Planning.
Roll out Management : Software Roll out in the existing AXA Agencies.
