2016 – Current: Agic Technology Position: CRM Project Manager I am currently working as project (with responsibilities on time, budget and scope) and people (performance and career management) manager in Northern Italy area for an Italian company whose the headquarter is located in Rome. I also work as Business Developer managing CRM publics and private tenders, RFI and RFP deliverables, as technical solution specialist during CRM and Dynamics 365 pre-sales meetings mainly in Northern Italy. Among the major projects I am following, there is an international one which involves countries in APAC, EMEA and LATAM-NAFTA. I also conduct several trainings in different languages related to projects and functional/technical topics for internal resources. Finally, I am coordinating and delegating activities to a technical team based in Albania.

2015 – 2016: Kantar Retail Xtel Position: Senior Functional Analyst I worked as senior functional analyst in Trade marketing industry mainly on TPM (Trade Promotion Management), but also in Trade Agreement processes. In this role my main responsibilities were: 1. Functional Analysis definition (requirement collection and leading solutions for their coverage) 2. Gap fit analysis for existing projects (new clusters) 3. Deliverable Management (Meeting Minutes, Blue Print, Functional Analysis) 4. Resource management (technical and functional activities with agile approach) 5. Customer management (Application Management, Customer Care and CRs evaluation) 6. 2014 – 2015: Spindox Srl Position: Functional Analyst I worked as CRM Business Analyst for one of the biggest MS Dynamics CRM 2013 implementation of the year. I worked in the Governance team of a large Italian insurance company in Turin area (Italy). I was involved in the following activities: 1. Requirements collection and declination into a functional analysis 2. Coordination of various teams (internal departments and system integrators), organization of meetings among stakeholders 3. Production of meeting reports and assignment/progress control of tasks for each project team 4. Coordination of the activities and guidelines on Dynamics CRM 2013 for the thirty-part system integrator, in order to cover the customer’s requirements (including testing) 5. Management of project deliverables and knowledge management in SharePoint (with ownership of ratings and contents). It includes the collection of materials from each line and sometimes the main production of project deliverables (e.g. Functional Blue Print, Integration Diagram, Application Map, Architecture Diagram, Meeting Minutes, etc.) 6. Project Management for some small parts of the project (Integration with the master data provided by the banking side) Finally, over this year I improved some important relational and managerial skills.

2013 – 2014: Artis Consulting Srl Position: XRM Senior Analyst and Developer In this company, I worked as all-around technical, functional and business developer of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013 finance verticals. I was involved in the following activities: 1. Management of technical pre-sales MS Dynamics CRM opportunities by preparing DEMO, Proof of concepts, RFI and RFP answers 2. Project Management, reporting directly to the CEO of the company with the ownership over the gap analysis developement, project estimation and CRM projects in all their phases, by using the MS “Sure Step” Approach 3. I was involved in the following activities: 1. Estimation and Gap Analysis RFP’s, RFI’s, workshops and proof of concepts during the PreSales phase for Avanade and Accenture major CRM projects and customers. 2. Discovery, Analysis, Development, Test, Support over the UAT, Release and training to end users for the major CRM projects. 3. Organization of CRM Dynamics DEMO (even on mobile devices) and presentations on support of Avanade’s CRM Solutions Sales Force. 4. Technical consultancy during some software selections for Avanade and Accenture customers. During this experience which involved me in Avanade major projects, I have gained strong technical skills about some products integrated with CRM Dynamics like BizTalk, SharePoint, Outlook, Lynch Services (Ex OCS), Dynamics Nav and AX. 2008-2011: Cap Gemini Spa Position: Analyst Consultant It is important to mention the GIRM Project (GI Group Relationship Management) which consisted of constructing a CRM application (Customer Relationship Management) able to cover the GI information systems on a worldwide level. My position in this project was Analyst and Developer: I contributed to both phases of the project: CRM Analytical and Operational implementation. The development platform used by the client was Microsoft CRM Dynamics 4.0. The project involved many countries (multi-organizational level) and I was responsible of the development/ implementation of all the configuration and customizations. I performed many customizations developed in a “XRM” way, that becomes product features in the next release of the MS product (ex. Filtered Lookups, Dialogs, Subgrids, etc.). Active participation as Developer for another important Cap Gemini’s project, involving a convergence plan of the application architecture, for a big Italian Insurance company. My participation in the project was divided into four main parts: 1. Participation during the pre-sales phase (first visits) with some contributions into the technical offer 2. Analysis, development and implementation of SIAF (Survey Integrated Architecture Framework) application for the requirements collection basing on Cap Gemini’s IAF model 3. Application management and lifecycle of SIAF during the project phase SIAF became a Cap Gemini’s strategic asset tool and it was used for the requirement collection of many others Cap Gemini’s big projects.
