I give assistance to end users to identify and resolve hardware and software issues. I improved my ability in troubleshooting to resolve issues on windows and apple operating systems, mobile devices ( tablet, smartphone ) and Microsoft Office suite. I am able to create, modify and delete accounts AD and network shares. I am using different ticketing systems such as HDA (Web e client), Remedy and BMC.
