We have developed a new portal and integrated the main operating functionality at BPM in Milan. 
I was a member of the architectural part of the portal development team so my main activities were the analysis, design and implementation of the portal software components to which the application and other application referred. I was also responsible for the part of front-end portal that allowed me to gain more experience of team management. Among the various activities I was doing as a support to a delivery center in India. 
I had the management of Liferay, web portal used as a solution for the user control and profiling, for the layout and CMS management so I often provided technical support to the customer. 
I participated in the development and integration of the portal into the banking Contact Center functionality. 
I also worked as a Change Management member. 
I provided support for production management in issues involving the bank's portal.
