I support the TAM (Technical Account Manager) at the customer to help him to better use the core technologies of Vmware and to understand any needs that could be solved with the adoption of new solutions.
My figure is present in a crossed way both on the design side, following new projects and implementations of new functionalities on the already used products, and on the operative support side, helping the team both proactively and reactively.
Together with the TAM we produce monthly reports that give a clearer view of the customer's infrastructure to make it easier to make decisions about any changes that make the workflows more productive and effective, making the most of the resources available.

 I am part of the pre sales team for brands such as Pure Storage, Cohesity, Rubrik, Nutanix and
Veeam that focus on technology innovation regarding primary storage solution, secondary
storage solution and backup solution. I mainly deal with the technical qualification at the
customer and the design of the best solution; in addition, I produce technical attachments and
presentations. I also deal with post-sales support providing professional services to our
customers managing and optimizing their infrastructures even on multiple data centers.
I am also IT manager for my company so I manage the entire infrastructure and I suggest to
management the best solutions to optimize our business. With this role, I helped my company
get ISO27001 certification.
