Jan 2018 – _______ Manager in Parvis SPA Manager of two software development groups located in Budapest and in Italy, and accountable of customer relationships.  On the Business side I work on managing budget (2 million euros with a 15% increase in revenues compared with the previous year) with a focus on both productivity improvement and pre-sale involvement. Main responsibilities: pre sales and up selling phase, short and long term planning (Agile and waterfall methodologies), delivery monitoring, team management and professional growth, supplier management.

As a project manager, I managed the Vodafone Data Center in Castelletto(Italy), coordinated national and international groups and third-party companies, dealt with suppliers.
