    I am currently working as SAP Expert and Central Timesheet Configurator (Timesheet business responsible).
–    Central Timesheet Configurator, corporate function of overall governance and responsibility of the Timesheet Accounting System, cross-application tool (HR-Co-PS-FM SAP modules) to record and trace manpower costs;
–    Primarily responsible for handling business requirements to SAP functionalities, following up and validating the implementation of the IT Solutions;
–    Contribute to the monthly and year-end closure, including allocation of recharges, distribution and assessment cycles, calculation of rates, re-bookings;
–    Responsible for any enhancement (from writing change requests to their final implementation, including testing and validation);
–    Preparing and giving end-users training materials, guidelines and working instructions;
–    Making sure that corporate legacy system is usable, performing appropriately and that the business flow is complete and correct;
–    Daily interaction with internal (Business Unit Control Offices) and external (Contractor Companies) customers;
–    Preparation and enhancements of customized reports for the Agency and external stakeholders (e.g. Timesheet reports, commitment ceiling availability/forecast, cost report), ensuring information consistency and accuracy.

2016 CAPGEMINI for World Food Program -WFP, Rome, Italy 
    I worked as SAP SuccessFactors (E-recruitment module)Senior Functional Consultant and Test Responsible. I worked also as part of the Change Management Team.
–    Responsible forhandling business requirements to SuccessFactors functionalities, following up and validating the implementation;
–    Responsible for preparation, management and revision of end-to-end test scenarios (Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests), analysis and follow-up of the results;

SAP HR stream leader: SAP SuccessFactors (Performance&Goals Management and E-Learning modules) Functional Consultant, SAP Timesheet Senior Consultant, Integration Consultant (SuccessFactors Employee Central/SAP HCM on premises).
–    SF Performance&Goals project implementation: analyzing the “AS IS” of the performance and appraisal process, identifying the business needs, configuring the workbooks and other documents, SF system (provisioning, data models, customer instance), workshops to key Users, User Acceptance Tests, Key users Training;

–    Design of a custom interface between SF Employee Central and SAP HCM to replicate personnel master data: system assessment, data-flow mapping;

Team Leader, SAP Functional Consultant, Test Manager and Trainer of the ESA Timesheet Accounting System project. After the system go-live, I worked as Team Responsible of the post go-live support and the application maintenance.
–    Led and coordinated a team of several members;
–    Requirements analysis, gap analysis, design of the solution, implementation, testing and go-live;
