Apple Developer Academy, Naples (Italy)
The Developer Academy is a collaboration between the University of Naples Federico II and Apple.
The Academy's training focuses on the development of iOS applications for the most innovative and
vibrant app ecosystem in the world.
The program is focused on software development, startup creation and app design with emphasis on
creativity and collaboration to make students able to develop the skills needed to succeed.
The Academy aims to attract students with different types of previous experience and the training is
designed to support not only those who already have knowledge in IT but also young people
interested in areas such as graphic interface design and business.

Scope: Application Development and Application Maintenance in the Operational Risk area of a
leading Italian banking group
02/2016–11/2017 Senior Technical Analyst – Oracle
Accenture, Verona (Italy)
Scope: Oracle Application Maintenance database in the Life Insurance area of a leading Italian
insurance group
Role: Analyst and support for the coordination group
• Technical referent for the customer in the Datafix area;
• Development of anonymous PL / SQL or PL / SQL procedures for the implementation of remediation
activities (timely and massive – c.d. datafix);
• Production of on demand/reporting extractions, through highly complex SQL queries;
• Interface between the customers and the Indian delivery center (in English language), including
quality monitoring of the deliverables
• Incident and problem solving;
• Management of daily critical issues, rescheduling and adapting quickly to the needs of the customer;
• Delivery control: monitoring and constant check of what is produced by the GDL, to ensure
compliance with contractual commitments (SLA, monitored through shared KPIs), agreed/imposed
deadlines, verifying that the activities are within the expected costs;
The role required good relational capacity to interact directly with the client and afterward share the planning of the individual activities.
09/2013–02/2016 Senior Technical Analyst – Configuration e Release Management
Accenture, Verona (Italy)
Scope: Project Migration of the Life portfolio of a leading Italian insurance group.
Role: Direct support to the client's Configuration and Release Management group.
Main tasks:
• Test environments and performance environments;
• Coordination of the deployment of the softwares developed by different sites and suppliers;
• Development of Shell Scripting (korn) for the automation of daily tasks to increase performance and
reduce human errors;
• Daily analysis and monitoring of business processes in order to identify bottlenecks and address the
issues to the relevant groups;
• Report production to be used in SAL;
• Study, implementation, testing and launch of a new architectural solution to increase the processing
performance of batch processes and track, both on the database and on the log, any warnings and
errors in order to facilitate and support the work of the AM team ;
• Batch development with Korn Shell technology and Oracle PL / SQL for the daily supply of the Data Warehouse
The position required to remain at the client's premises throughout the working week
09/2010–09/2013 Technical Analyst – Programmer

Scope: Application Development and Application Maintenance in the Life Insurance field of a leading
Italian insurance group.
Role: Technical Analyst:
• Collection and definition of the requirements with the customer;
• Drafting functional and technical analysis of both corrective and evolutionary developments;
• Support in the development of Cobol software for Aix / Oracle platform and Shell Scripting (korn)
development throughout the V-Model;
• Technical referent for the client for the "Cobol Architecture" framework (BE);
• Support to the management in internal company activities such as monitoring the progress of
activities and the quality of services agreed with the customer (KPI);
• Constant interfacing with the Indian delivery center in English;
