This device will be manufactured at MR&D MAN starting from nov the '15; HONEYWELL (I) – Development of a new chronotermostats's range following Nest's trend. These devices will be manufactured at MR&D MAN starting from march the '16; XMETRICS srl (I) – Development of a waterproof device ables to provide the swimmers with time audio feedback while training in the pool. This device will be manfactured at MR&D Man starting from Oct the '15; Intervox SA (F) / Legrand SA (F) – Development of a waterproof portable trigger device for Franch market older home assistance. This device will be manfactured at MR&D Man starting from Nov the '15; INOXIA (I) srl -Development of an electronic knob able to measure the temperature into the pot and to transmit by low energy bluetooth data to a smart phone; Legrand SA (F)/ Bticino spa (I)– Development of an ‘IP room terminal’ to be connected to custromer 'nurse call network'. This device will be manufactured at MR&D Man on Jan '16; URA SA (F) / Legrand SA (F) – Development of a portable emergency lighting range for Franch market. 2011 – 2012 Larsen & Toubro Limited (India) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering/support to certification of a new range of miniature circuit breakers (MCB, RCCB, RCBO) up to 100A (12 patents filed); Intervox SA (F) / Legrand SA (F) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of a portable trigger device operated by human that communicates to the local unit/controller, initiating the alarm signal. Production start up is running at MR&D's plant since sept the 2013 (yearly foreseen througthput 80kpieces); PUNKT. AG (Swiss) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of a new feature phone. This project is actually in hold due to market repositioning at customers' end; PUNKT. AG (Swiss) – Electro-mechanical redesign/Engineering of a portable extention socket for US, UK, Swiss and European markets. ESs have been manufactured in outsourcing plant since 2013 Q1; Menfi Industria spa (I) (Gruppo Zepter) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of an electronic knob (1 patent filed) ables to measure cooking time and temperature in moist as well as dry enviroment for a new cookware line. This device is running at MR&D's plant since 2013 Q2 (yearly foreseen througthput 350kpieces); Menfi Industria spa (I) (Gruppo Zepter)– Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of a portable device (buzzer) to be paired to an available electronic knob in order to control by remote the cookware cooking management. Production start up is running at MR&D's plant since sept the 2013; Bremas spa (I) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of a new switch-disconnector range for industrial applications; ERSCE spa (I) – Strategic analisys and new positioning of ERSCE brand specialized in position and safety switches; Castaldi Lighting srl (I)- Electro-mechanical design, lighting design/Engineering of a self standing led device (Zhaga like) as the core lamp of a new bulding lighting range (1 patent filed); Preventice (US) – Electro-mechanical design/Engineering of an 1 ECG lead Holter able to gathering biometrical parameter as breathing rate and body position forwarded by bluetooth to a main control unit. 2006-2011 ENEL Distribuzione spa (I) – led the team who designed an anti tamper frame to retrofit electicity meters > 15kW in order to avoid theft of electricity by magnetic probes. 150Ksets have been provided by MR&D; URA SA (F) / Legrand SA (F) – led the team who designed a new range of indoor lamps for cealing installations. 40Kdevices had been manufactured at MR&D's MAN; ARISTON THERMO (I) – led the team who had developed of a new system architecture common for Ariston and Chaffoteaux brands, to optimize the interaction and functionalities among different generators (wall hung boilers, solar integration, heat pump integration); FECSA-ENDESA Distribucion Electrica SL (E) – led the team who developed the new electronically DIN meter range of products (monophase and polyphase). Industrialized the product and advised the customer and the manufacturers on the product/process improvements in order to solve production issues and to save the product cost.; Legrand SA (F) – led the team who developed a 'weatherproof' outdor emergency lighting system;

H3G spa (I) – technological scouting (China/Israel/Italy) to build the network able to develop and manufacture UMTS connected devices: PND and Remote Camera; VORTICE Elettrosociali spa (I) – led the team who designed and developed a new extract fan for domestic application. Gewiss spa (I) – Led the team who developed the 4P restart devices. As Engineer: industrialized the product, defined the assembly system, selected and managed the tool suppliers and organized the start up production at Gewiss Portugal plant. Gewiss spa (I) – As an Engineer selected, audited and managed Far East mould suppliers. The aim of this challenge was to reduce the investment cost necessary to produce the devices necessary to complete the home automation and videoentryphone Chorus system; ENEL Distribuzione spa (I) – led the team who developed the low voltage (500/1200 A) AT racks;

2000-2005 ENEL Distribuzione spa (I) – led the team who had developed the new electricity smart meter range of products (monophase, polyphase, with dummy breaker and with amperometric trasformator). Ad an engineer I had industrialized the product and supported the customer on the product/process improvements in order to solve production issues and to save products' costs. Cobra AT spa (I) – led the team who had developed and manufaured the PPU (pay per use) device; DOW BENELUX BV (NL) – Part of the team who had developed the ‘coolest fridge’ concept design presented during the K fear at Dusseldorf; IBM Deutschland GmbH (D) – Led the team who had developed an electricity smart meter adapter for DIN pannel installation (1 patent filed). Certification has been carried out at VDE labs. IUSA Group (MEX) – Managed the team who had developed a G1.6 gas meter; Intec de Mexico (MEX) – Managed the team who had developed a wire audio entry phone; GE Medical system SA (F) – Reorganized the manufacturing lines of RX buckies and paddles of an Italian OEM in order to achieve the quality and to fulfill requested standard AEROSEKUR spa (I) – Involved in the technical specification setting upon an integrated NBC (Nuclear, bacteriological and chemical) and cooling system for military purposes; FIS group srl (I) – Part of the team who had developed tecartherapy cosmetical electrodes; FINPROJECT spa (I) – As a material engineer researched new market/application for crosslinked foamed EVA compound; BIANCHI VENDING Group spa (I) – Led the team who had developed a standard vending machines as well as a new brewing unit for coffee cups (2 patents filed); Fabbrica d’armi Pietro Beretta spa (I) – Part of the team who had researched RfiD technology to track of sport guns ' id along the supply chain; DOMINO spa (I) – Managed the team who had carried out the failoure analisys of Al handlebars.
