I’m responsible of ITSM CNHI DriveIt-Service Now end user support (57.000 end user worldwide) and the Onboarding specialist. I had the mission to implement and re-design the ITSM ITIL tool with an AGILE methodology replacing the old ticketing tool EZService. Experience on SAP project support, data management and SLA configuration, help desk support, SAP GUI modification, support on SAP Releases coordination.
IT SAP SECURITY TEAM – SAP UA Profile Changes – User Management

I worked on the Ams on-going activities on SAP ECC and BW systems (roles creation and modification, assignment of the same to the end users, following the guidelines of SOD-SOX and the organizational structure).
I cooperated on activities related to SAP project: analysis of As Is situation, creation of new roles, new authorization custom object, users and related Key Users, in new plants for new Group companies in ECC and BW environments, assignment of specific authorization profiles. I offered also support on Integration Tests, Go-Live and Post Go-Live, with impact on all major areas of SAP ECC (WM, PP, MM, SD, CO, FI).
Main tool used:SAP GRC adopted in CNHI in order to reduce risks/frauds, improve the audit management process and manage the Emergency and Sensitive Access, EZ SERVICE as ticketing tool, IAM/GPT the Active Directory platform, K2 Custom Sharepoint.
