Following the publication of the tender for the management of data center services I was involved in the process of bid management and preparation of the business case for the renewal of the contract for managing data center services as well as directed the collaboration towards a service management model in RTI optic where Lutech is the contractor. Definition of the baseline costs, staffing, transition model with relevant key figures in order to guarantee an H24 availability service on the entire service landscape (including non-production environments). Following the awarding of the tender in RTI mode, an improvement opportunity was identified with the client, which envisages the implementation of a 'business dashboard' to monitor anomalies at the infrastructural level, so that management can be highlighted 2iReteGas of the impacts in terms of business (eg. no firm workers, penalties that are applied to 2iRG in case of missed readings). In this regard, the evaluation of a collaboration with vendors for a customization of managerial dashboards is under way as well as a knowledge transfer with the customer to acquire the necessary information on the business side.  Control of job orders with particular reference to cost compliance and management and recognition of extra activities.
