2015 – 2018 Swarco Mizar S.r.l. Turin – Italy Service Director Responsible of the Service business unit. Reorganizes the business by introducing automated incident management organizing 24/365 availability management. Responsible of 20 resources, with more than 50 contracts and a turnover exceeding 2.5 MEuro. Help desk and support on Swarco products with autonomous capacity in the configuration and installation of the systems. The business unit performs installations and maintenance of telematic systems on vehicles, infrastructures and recharging electric vehicles with internal resources and integrating external resources Manages offers to customers and orders to suppliers for assistance and maintenance activities. Planning, control and financial reporting. PM for some key projects: Latvia Riga project. 2002-2006 FIAT Research Centre Turin – Italy Business development director Business development director for the technologies department reporting to the executive vice president. Managing of the overall process of business in telematics applications in the field of public transport, from the bid application to the project leadership. In 2003 started a 4- year project for the automation of billing and public information system for the Northern Italian Province of Trento (Budget of about 12 M$). The system is still operative in 2017. During the period, thanks to the bids won, Fiat Research Centre gained the references to participate in the main Italian public tenders such as ATAC Rome, ATM Milan, GTT Turin, TT Trento.

1994–2002 FIAT Research Centre Turin – Italy Automatic control department Director Chief of the Automatic control department with responsibility of 30 collaborators, a turnover of 15 MEuro, 90% internal FIAT customers as Fiat Auto and Magneti Marelli) and remaining not FIAT companies. Development of control strategies based on robust control for both chassis for gasoline and diesel engine control, active suspensions, gearbox automation, telematics application. Control unit prototyping for driveability of electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and fuel cell. 1988–1994 FIAT Research Centre Turin – Italy Chassis control systems unit Manager Responsible of the chassis control system unit managing of 10 engineers. Reorganization of the software development criteria and control algorithms with a reduction of lead time by 40% and a limitation of the on-road test times. The responsibility of the application was: design and realisation of HW based on Intel MC96, design, simulation and implementation of control algorithms in X-Math environment and after in Matlab-Simulink and D-Space.
