Assigned to the Prada Group's test factory, dealing with the execution of test cases in System environments (Dev, Qas, Staging and Production) and UAT, of detected defects and returns management, from the rollout to when it goes live.
Design test skills acquired, based on the functional documentation provided, meeting deadlines and scheduling the workflow.Management skills acquired when using tools, such as JIRA, Atalassian Confluence and Redmine used to track outcomes, for the workflow of the detected anomalies, to monitor the latter and upload the drafted technical documentation.
Obtained the additional role of Defect Supporter, using the Service Now portal and managed to liaise with the factories and the other roles involved in the projects, expanding and enriching the knowledge in testing. This was donelearning all aspects of defect analysis, identifying the owners, sorting out the related factories, managing the relationships with the application groups, users and testers, as well as monitoring deadlines, prioritising and reporting.
